UNF seeks review of the Board's decision and order finding that UNF engaged in unfair labor practices. The court agreed with the ALJ that UNF committed unfair labor practices by interrogating employees about their union activities, threatening employees with futility regarding their rights to organize and bargain collectively, and threatening employees with reduction of wages.
